A research Study on Color Adaptive Fabric

Optimizing Portable Power Banks: An Innovative Hybrid Energy Harvesting System for Efficient Energy Generation
With the increasing demand for portable electronic devices, there is a growing need for efficient and reliable power sources. Portable power banks have become popular solutions for on-the-go charging, but they often face limitations in terms of their energy capacity and recharging options. To address these challenges, this study proposes an innovative hybrid energy harvesting system for portable power banks. The proposed system leverages a combination of multiple energy harvesting technologies to maximize energy generation and ensure continuous power supply. It integrates solar panels, battery source, and kinetic energy harvesters into a compact and portable design. By harnessing energy from ambient light, and mechanical vibrations, the power bank can efficiently convert these sources into electrical energy. To optimize the energy harvesting process, the system incorporates advanced power management and control algorithms. These algorithms intelligently manage the energy flow between the different harvesting modules, ensuring the most efficient utilization of available energy sources. Additionally, the power bank is equipped with a smart charging system that adapts to various devices, providing the appropriate voltage and current levels for efficient charging. The performance of the hybrid energy harvesting system was evaluated through extensive testing under various environmental conditions. The results demonstrate its effectiveness in generating substantial amounts of power for extended charging capabilities. Compared to traditional power banks relying solely on a single energy source, the proposed system offers increased energy efficiency and longer operating times. Furthermore, the compact and portable design of the hybrid energy harvesting system makes it ideal for outdoor and remote applications where traditional power sources are limited. Users can rely on the power bank to charge their devices even in off-grid scenarios, making it a reliable and sustainable solution.

Diversity and inclusion cannot continue to exist just as a policy statement in written form. They first and foremost need to be taken seriously, after having been approved and effectively put into action. When discussing diversity in the workplace, HR managers have a responsibility to pose a number of important questions and look for relevant responses. The following is a list of some of the most significant questions that need to be answered: (i) Explain the role that diversity plays in the context of a working environment. (ii) What steps do managers and supervisors at work need to take in order to better comprehend diversity and inclusion? (iii) Can you tell me about the diversity and inclusion requirements in the workplace? (iv) How can workplaces determine whether it is the ideal time to develop diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace? (v) Do the demands for diversity and inclusion alter depending on the kind of workplace, such as being different for startups, mid-size businesses, and large companies, etc.? (vi) Is it possible to quantify diversity and inclusion or to infer them from data? (vii) What benefits does the Diversity and Inclusion Pulse provide to organizations? We need to have empirical data that backs up our recommendations for best practices for human resource managers in the field in order to be able to make them. In light of this context, an effort has been made to provide a Research Framework for potential study Scholars who are interested in doing research in the field of "Diversity and Inclusion" with the end goal of earning a doctoral degree. This study would ultimately lead to the conferral of a doctoral degree.

COMPARATIVE STUDY ON AIR QUALITY MONITORING OF STATIONS IN CHENNAI DURING PRE AND POST-LOCKDOWN OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC
The comparative study aims to analyze the air quality monitoring data of four stations in Chennai i.e. Royapuram, Kodungaiyur, Koyambedu, and Perungudi during the Pre and Post lockdown of the COVID-19 pandemic period. The study primarily focuses on the levels of particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) and other air pollutants such as nitrogendioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), and carbon monoxide (CO). The study involved data collection from multiple air quality monitoring stations in Chennai, and statisticalanalysis was conducted to analyze the trends and patterns of air quality during the pre-lockdown and post-lockdown periods (i.e. from the year 2019 to 2022). The findings of the study highlight that there was a significant improvement in air quality during the lockdown period due to reduced vehicular and industrial emissions. The study also provides insights into the potential measures that could be implemented to maintain better air quality standards in the future. Our study focusedon analyzing the air quality index (AQI) from the data gathered from four different monitoring stations in Chennai, India. We investigated the changes in AQI levels for PM2.5, PM10, SO2, NO2, and O3 during the above periods. Finally, results indicate that the AQI levels for all monitored pollutants represent a significant decrease during the lockdown period when compared to the pre-lockdownperiod. The biggest decreases were observed in PM2.5 and PM10

Design and Analysis of Solar-Powered Electric Vehicle Station
This paper presents an integrated approach that combines MATLAB simulation and hardware design for the development of efficient and reliable solar charging stations. The MATLAB simulation model analyzes crucial parameters, including solar panel characteristics, battery capacity, and user demand, to optimize the behavior and performance of the charging station. Utilizing the insights gained from the simulation, a hardware prototype is designed and constructed, incorporating solar panels, power management systems, and user-friendly features. The iterative process between simulation and hardware design enables continuous refinement and enhancement, resulting in the development of optimized charging stations. This methodology contributes to the advancement of sustainable charging infrastructure by seamlessly integrating MATLAB simulation and hardware design, providing a comprehensive solution for effective utilization of solar energy in charging stations. The findings presented in this paper offer valuable insights for researchers, engineers, and practitioners involved in the design and optimization of solar charging stations.

Performance Investigation of Cascaded Multilevel Inverter and Dual Inverter using SVPWM technique
In this paper,the performance investigation approach for multilevel inverter(MLI) and Dual Inverter(DI)using space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) techniqueis modeled using Simulink/Matlab environment. A novel switching technique using the Embeddedmatlab editor resultsin a higher magnitude off undamental output voltage available as compared to the sinusoidal PWM. A Simulation model is carried out for the novel switching SVPWM scheme in the Embedded Matlab Editor and the generated firing pulses are applied to the Multilevel Inverter fed induction motor drive and Dual Inverter fed open end winding induction motor drive.

Aspects of Urban Flooding: A State of Art of Review
Urban flooding is the inundation of land in a built environment, most notably in heavily populated areas. It occurs when rainfall or other events exceed the capacity of drainage systems. It is a complex whole that deals with the factors ranging from geology like low relief up to anthropocentric facets like urbanization, faulty drainage, and unscientific waste management. This is a kind of flood which is mostly man-made in nature. Going through literature those have come up with various factors of urban flooding is important for understanding the nature of the flooding and where it is occurring like whether it is coastal city or a hill city or a city in the plains. This paper provides a current literature overview on flood impact assessment in urban environments, including their application and limitations.

Design and implementation of GSM Controlled Versatile Robotic Vehicle Using a PIC Microcontroller
This paper presents a wireless-controlled robot that utilizes GSM communication for remote operation. The robot is controlled through a standard mobile handset, which sends commands to control its movements. The system consists of two mobile devices, one acting as the transmitter and the other as the receiver. The transmitter sends commands via GSM communication, and the receiver decodes these commands to control the robot's motion. This project establishes a oneway communication link between the transmitter and the receiver, enabling remote control of the robot. The communication operates over regular mobile networks, incurring standard call charges. The robot's movements can be directed in various directions based on the commands received by the receiver. The setup involves the use of a DTMF decoder circuit, microcontroller, and DC motor drive circuit to execute the commands effectively.

The downsizing of signal acquisition devices has facilitated greater portability, yet this development has also presented challenges in terms of power consumption. To surmount this, a solution that is lightweight and power-efficient becomes imperative. One such solution involves harnessing the capabilities of smartphones to collect and analyze vital signals. Leveraging Internet of Things (IoT) technology enables the remote monitoring of diverse patient parameters, accessible through a range of devices such as computers and smartphones, facilitated by cloud services like ThingSpeak. Diverging from conventional tests, modern sensors, encompassing metrics like heart rate, temperature, and SPO2, provide daily readings that empower doctors to remotely prescribe treatments and exercises, thereby elevating the quality of life for patients. This innovative system offers instantaneous sensing, precise prognostications, and swift responses, culminating in streamlined healthcare practices that alleviate the burden on medical practitioners. Instances of anomalies prompt alerts to caregivers. The trajectory of this approach portends further enhancements, encompassing additional modules such as blood pressure monitoring and dental screening, to engender a comprehensive, real-time patient care continuum. A STUDY OF RATIO ANALYSIS AT MANGAMPET A BARYTES
Financial performance is the process of identifying the financial strengths and weaknesses of the firm. It is done by establishing relationships between the items of financial statements. The ratio analysis is the most powerful tool to analyze financial performance. In order to anticipate the future there is a need to understand the past. In order to better insight financial data it is useful to analyze a firm past performance & assess its present financial position. Hence the study is taken up to feedback the management about the financial health of the company.This techniques is similar to the times is statistics, Wherein we study the trend of different items in the financial states by calculating the trend percentages either by taking a fixed based year of chain base year this technique provides useful analysis and will be effective only when we have data relating to five or more consecutive years. We can calculate the trend ratios either from absolute data given for trend percentages of the ratio calculated or from the given data. The financial statement may be prepared and analyzed by computing trend of series of information. This method determines the direction upwards or down wards and involves the computation of the percentage relationship that each statement item bears to the same item in base year.
