PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING AND EMPATHY RELATIONSHIP ACROSS INDIAN PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS.
In order to build relationships with people and behave humanely, empathy is necessary. A person in good psychological health feels good about themselves and has optimism for the future. Humanitarian aid workers, physicians, therapists, journalists, and also others whose professions require them as to be sensitive to the distress of others are examples of persons with empathy. On the other hand, they can eventually feel the suffering of those they help or document. Because of this "emotional residue," people could burn out, shut down, and become less willing or able to contribute. This suggests that there may be a connection between psychological health and empathy. Prior studies on the relationship between empathy and psychological health exclusively looked at nurses, doctors, and designers. Therefore, as primary school teachers are thought to be highly empathic by nature, the relationship between psychological well-being and empathy was the main focus of this current work. This research's findings demonstrated a positive relationship between teachers' psychological health and empathy, with greater psychological health being associated with higher levels of empathy. The study's findings also showed that there is no relationship between the age of primary school teachers and their level of empathy.

A STUDY ON REMAINING USEFUL LIFE(RUL) PREDICTION OF AN AIRCRAFT ENGINE USING MACHINE LEARNING
In this study we are mainly focused on predicting the Remaining useful life (RUL) of a Turbofan aircraft engine and the accuracy of the aircraft engine – Accuracy tells us the Performance of the engine. To ensure flight safety and reduce the cost of maintenance during aircraft engine Performance, a prognostics and health management scheme that focuses on flaw diagnosis, health assessment, and remaining life prediction is introduced to solve the problem. So, we are going to determine these parameters using Machine Learning with the help of Regression Analysis approach. We are going to use several Regression approaches and compare the Remaining Useful life and the accuracy with each of the approach and comment on the best Regression approach being used. We are going to work on Anaconda and Jupyter Notebook platform where we will implement the source code in Python. Finally, we would have a RUL value that would assign the health score to that engine.

Green concrete concept of thinking environment into concrete considering every aspect from raw materials manufacture over mixture design ,construction, and service life. Green concrete is very often also cheap to produce ,because for example ,waste products are used as a partial substitute for cement ,charges for the disposal of waste are avoided energy consumption in production is lower ,and durability is greater. The advancement of concrete technology can reduce the consumption of natural resources and energy sources and lessen the burden of pollutants on the environment . To overcome the above, first of all selecting the right material from natural resources and energy sources and lessen the burden of pollutants on the environment in our surrounding area to be thoroughly studied and collected. For this study, we have taken the large amount of “marble dust” generated in natural stone processing plants which have an important impact on the environment and humans around our nearby districts . This study is to investigate the strength of concrete using the “marble dust” as partial replacement of cement. The specimens are casted with marble dust as partial replacement of cement varying from 0% to 25%.The specimens are subjected to cube test , cylinder test, flexural test, pull out test and durability test . The strength and characteristics shall have been studied with the conventional concrete .
