Phishing is a growing cyber crime that involves posing as a trustworthy entity in order to steal sensitive information. Because of the rise in phishing attacks, there is a greater need for effective solutions to detect and prevent these attacks. Machine learning algorithms have been proposed as a high accuracy solution for detecting phishing attacks. This paper provides an overview of recent research studies on machine learning-based phishing detection. The survey summarises the methods employed, the evaluation metrics, and the outcomes obtained. In this field, various machine learning algorithms are being utilised, including decision trees, random forests, and support vector machines. The models are developed using a large - scale dataset of phishing and anti-phishing URLs before being applied to new URLs should be classified as phishing or non-phishing..The URL frame, website content, and website reputation can all be used for training. Machine learning offers a promising approach for detecting phishing attacks and has the potential to significantly improve internet users' security. However, more research is needed to improve these systems' performance and robustness against evolving phishing threats.

Management is communication intensive and, therefore, managers may derive benefits from computer-based alternatives to the traditional communication modes of face-to-face (FTF), telephone, and written memo. This research examined the use of electronic messaging (EM) by ongoing management groups performing a cooperative task. Communication is central to the main four management competencies outlined by Warren Bennis: the management of attention, meaning, trust and self. To be truly effective, both leaders and managers must develop their self-awareness, become role models for communication in the organization, and learn to encourage and manage constructive dissent. An important part of the communication professional’s role is to support the organization’s leaders and managers in developing their communication competence.

Gesture recognition is a powerful tool for creating interfaces that are adaptable to the needs of users. However, recognizing gestures can be challenging due to the inherent variability of human gestures. One application of gesture recognition is in sign language, which is used for communication and interaction between people. There are many different systems and methods for recognizing sign language, and our approach focuses on recognizing 26 symbols of hand motions used in the American Sign Language (ASL) for gesture recognition. The system is both sturdy and effective, allowing for real-time identification of static images classification by MK-ROD algorithm is proposed. The core idea behind a DNN-based gesture language translator is to use a sequence of input frames of a person making hand gestures and translate them into spoken language or written text. The procedure entails the utilization of a vast collection of annotated pairs of gestures and language to train a DNN model, which allows the model to acquire the ability to associate the two modalities. A success of DNN-based gesture language translators heavily relies on the quality, diversity of the training data and providing accuracy.

The three main options for bituminous pavement rehabilitation are excessive capacity, recycling, and reconstruction. The process of recycling involves reusing some or all of the damaged pavement's material, known as reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP), in new construction. As the cost of bitumen binder is rising and polymer waste from different industries are increasing which cause environmental affected. Reuse of a resource such as RAP, lessens the depletion of natural resources, such as natural aggregate and bitumen binder. In the current study, to increase the workability of RAP asphalt mixtures, a softer-graded polymer modified bitumen (PMB) was produced with a 7% styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) copolymer. Marshall hammers were used to produce the asphalt sample at 10, 20, and 30% RAP material. To minimize overhead cost and utilize the polymer waste it in a way, this research would focus on a warranted technique to recycle the Reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) in making the flexible pavements. A thorough laboratory analysis has been carried out to evaluate the effectiveness of the changed mixture. The results of the primary tests, such as those for penetration, softening points, viscosity, and others, will show that the previously mentioned mixture performs significantly better than the normal mix.

Recycling and environmental sustainability goals can be pursued through the reuse of waste generated from different industries such as plastic, glass, iron, etc. in road pavements. The handling of industrial wastes such as fly ash, glass powder, and steel slag has grown to be a major issue in developing nations. The disposal issue will be resolved if fly ash, glass powder, and steel slag can be used for road construction. The current study examines the impact of coarse steel slag aggregate (instead of coarse natural stone aggregate) and fly ash (FA) as fillers on the performance of asphalt mixes for road construction. The reuse of metallurgical slags in road pavement is an important concern. Mostly the by-products produced during the separation of molten steel from impurities in steel-making furnaces include steel slag is generally used in our study on road pavements. Its manufacturing procedures, and chemical, morphological, and physical features have an impact on its contribution to asphalt mixture when slag partially or fully replaces virgin aggregate. This study reviews physical, chemical, and mechanical properties and developments in several areas related to using steel slag aggregate and fly ash in hot-mix asphalt. Road performance can be considerably impacted by the characteristics of steel slag. By-product of burning pulverized coal i.e., fly ash. It can be utilized as a mineral filler in hot mix asphalt (HMA) paving applications at a reasonable cost. Based on the Marshall parameter specific percentage of filler i.e., Fly Ash used in HMA is fixed. Compared to other filler materials, the FA performs better. Additionally, a cost study shows that asphalt mixes containing FA and steel slag aggregate have lower construction and life cycle costs than the control mix. FA and steel slag aggregate both can be utilized as substitute components in asphalt mixes for the construction of roads.

Traffic congestion is the primary cause that has an impact on the community’s economy, climate and quality of life. In this study, an approach is developed to the analyse the 1traffic conditions at different junctions in Visakhapatnam. It is necessary to identify the reason for traffic congestion and to evaluate traffic patterns in order to take the most suitable steps for each location to minimise traffic congestion and effectively and efficiently implement countermeasures. In this study, five areas were identified: Kommadi junction, Car shed, Yendada junction, Hanumanthawaka, Maddilapalem, and studies of traffic volume and spot speed were conducted. The degree of service is calculated by using the free flow velocity equation in the Highway Capacity Manual based on different variables such as lane width and peak hour variables at these junctions. The standard of service and was obtained in some roads in all the junctions due to geometric problems and heavy traffic on different occasions such as weekends and festivals. Based on current conditions in the area, potential interventions have been suggested.

Assemble of Phase Locked Loop (PLL) in Fractional domain is the main objective of this paper. At the beginning basics of Fractional Calculus and Phase Locked Loop is readdressed. The fractional order PLL consists of a low-pass filter, a phase detector and a VCO. The MATLAB SIMULINK and LabVIEW models of both integer and fractional order PLL are analyzed. The modelling of fractional order PLL is organized by means of control modelling blocks in Laplace domain. Time domain analysis is also carried out for fractional order PLL by varying α and β values. It has been observed that lower fractional order PLL’s will require lesser time to reach the required phase as compared to their integer counterparts. Then stability analysis is done by plotting the complete analysis using Nyquist plots.
