EFFECTS OF PSYCHONEUROBICS INTERVENTION ON LIPID PROFILE OF DIABETIC PATIENTS WITH DYSLIPIDEMIA
The present study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of PsychoNeurobicson management of dyslipidemia in patients of type II diabetes mellitus. This randomized parallel study was carried out in Parul Institute ofAyurveda, Gujarat, India. 50 type II diabetics with dyslipidemia were randomized into control and experimental (Psycho Neurobics) groups. The control group was prescribed oral hypoglycemic drugs. The experimental group practiced PsychoNeurobics daily for one hour duration along with oral hypoglycemic drugs for two months. The lipid profiles of both the groups were compared at the start and at the end of two months. After intervention with PsychoNeurobics for a period of two months the experimental group showed a decrease in total cholesterol, Triglycerides and LDL, with an improvement in HDL. PsychoNeurobics, being a lifestyle incorporating exercise and stress management training, targets the elevated lipid levels in patients with diabetes through integrated approaches.

Role of self esteem and coping style on academic performance among postgraduate students in India
The present study has been conducted to find out if there are any relationship between selfesteem and coping style on academic performance among post graduate students in the Indian scenario. The study conducted during the year of 2020-22 at COVID situation. A convenient sampling technique used to select a sample of 151 respondents. Descriptive statistics used to profile the participants. Pearson product moment correlation and multiple regressions were performed to understand relationship and influences. The findings indicated that there were significant positive relationships between self-esteem and coping styles of the students. Multiple regressions revealed that self-esteem would be a significant predictor of academic performance of the students.

Employee Attrition Prediction Using Random Forest Classifier
The application of people analytics in organizations can assist HR managers in reducing employee turnover by changing talent acquisition and retention methods. High employee attrition rates can severely impact a company's productivity and planning continuity, making it a significant threat to its success. By identifying key employee characteristics that affect attrition, this data-driven approach uses a hybrid strategy to create a useful employee attrition model. With decision-makers and business leaders showing an increased interest in machine learning, researchers must explore its application within business organizations. To help HR recruiters make better hiring and placement decisions, we offer a thorough analytics framework that can be used in real-world situations as a decision support tool. A subfield of analytics called HR analytics seeks to improve efficiency and overall results by developing HR units' systems within enterprises. The use of analytics by human resources has been prevalent for many years.

Efficient privacy preserving scheme for cloud computing
In recent years, worldwide cloud computing has been acclaimed due to its conceptual and infrastructural foundation. Resource pooling and large network access are the most important features of its gradual growth. Hike in data generated and stored on cloud servers is exponential. In it the data is controlled by third party who poses a main security threat. This paper presents a concise survey of existing asymmetric encryption techniques used to secure data in transmission in cloud computing and outline the efficient privacy preserving encryption technique

FACT Devices Examination for Voltage stability of WEC Integrated with Week Grid: Case study of a Selected Site
In today’s era the usage of wind power for generation of electricity is used invariably. In comparison with other sources like thermal power plant and Diesel Power plant it is clean and eco-friendly in nature In India use of renewable energy sources is growing day by day. Wind power is having excellent potential in India. Only problem associated with power is having variable attribute of wind which affects overall generation of power and there they need a reactive power management for generation. Now a Days several Wind power projects are operated in conjunction with the grid. The power generated from wind power plant is variable and it is requiring an efficient power control for these energy sources. Wind turbines must be able to recover short duration faults and voltage imbalances during speed variations without disconnecting from the grid. In this paper an attempt has been made to resolve the problem of voltage stability of concern old site which is in Madhya Pradesh India whose considered wind turbines is E- 31 Ratedi Enercon India. The voltage level of the considered gridconnected wind convertor is being analysed through its 1-year data under various operating conditions were output power varies with speed is simulated, also short duration faults are created on a prepared base model, the faults intensity is of E- 31 collected data via SCADA. All simulation work is been carried out in MATLAB 2021a Software. Finally the base model is simulated with FACT devices SSSC, STATCOM, SVC, UPFC and it is found that STATCOM device is best for Voltage Profile Imbalances for faults with shorter Durations.

An integrated approach of wastewater treatment and management system
India being highly populated country and also the most polluted too there is a huge need for availability of natural resources. The world is surrounded by water all around but the availability of the fresh water is very less about 4-5% and to overcome this issues there are several researches are being made to recycle the waste water and store the rain water and increase the ground water level. As many industries uses huge amount of water and release them directly into the running water the quality of the entire water bodies is being polluted and the aquatic ecosystem is completely disturbed. And such industries are one of the major sources of water pollution. Next comes the agricultural practices where the farmers use high amounts of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorous based fertilizers and these travel into the underground and nearby running water bodies leads to eutrophication. The treatment of sewage or the municipal water is one of the necessary needs to be done because it can be recycled and reused to household things. In present in India an average of 80% of fresh water is utilized for the agricultural and industrial purpose and the remaining water is used for the household purposes. The integrated waste water treatment is one of the new and easy method to treat the waste water. It can be done using microbes and through STP (sewage treatment plan) method. And the microbial biomass is recovered at the end and that biomass can be used as feed for fishes and other aquatic organisms. The integrated method was effective to remove the physical, chemical and most effective against microbial removal. This article deals with the use of integrated system to treat the waste water and the application of algae and microarray.
